Our client, a leading provider of IT staffing, consulting and training services, is seeking to hire Account Managers for the Dallas office. If you are an energetic goal-oriented person interested in working for a company that provides a full range of services including Application Development and Management, System Integration and Emerging Technologies, we would like to hear from you. As an Account Executive, you will develop key relationships/new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors through aggressive networking/client relationship activities and nurture the relationships in order to position the company as the preferred vendor of choice. You will be responsible for sales and business development functions, including lead generation and cultivation, account management, customer relationship development, client presentations, producing proposals, contract negotiations and providing service solutions based on clients' needs. Will work closely with internal recruiters and service delivery personnel.
Software Sales Executive – Mid market
My client is a well recognized software provider who has leading edge products sold across industries. The Sales Executive will penetrate all functional areas of customers' business, both depth and breadth, to sell company products, services and solutions. Manages multiple sales campaigns simultaneously with specific accounts. Development and maintenance of account plan for assigned accounts. Sales to specified accounts may occur through partners, as well as directly to the end user. Selling skills include prospect identification, proposal generation, professional presentations, demos and closing the sale. Typically works from a local office with regular supervision of sales manager. Applies knowledge of customer/industry/product/service pricing plans, competition, marketing objectives and sales skills. Performs sales related administrative functions, including use of sales tracking software. This position typically carries a minimum annual quota of $2.4M. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Generally, a minimum of 1year of demonstrated success in a software selling role.
